Lidl Ireland announce major price drop in DAYS with expert gardening products and exercise gear

LIDL Ireland have announced a massive price drop set to hit in a matter of days.

Shoppers will be sorted on gardening products and exercise gear, with a sale happening in stores across the countries.

From next Monday a range of gardening items will go on sale.

Shoppers will be able to pick up a 100-watt LED Outdoor Light for €19.99 - reduced from €24.99.

The light feature 140 energy-saving and long-lasting LEDs, a pivoting motion detector with a range of 8m, and a robust aluminium housing with steel bracket

Shoppers can also pick up a 10m garden hose set for just €24.99 which includes a wall bracket, multi-function sprayer and 3 part connection set.

Also available is a water barrel pump for €44.99 with a delivery rate of 4000L per hour.

To decorate the garden, shoppers can get adorable frog solar lights for €14.99.

The lights automatically turn on at dusk and have an illumination time of 6 to 8 hours.

There are bird houses available in different colours for just €14.99.

To keep your plants alive during the hot weather, shoppers can get a 5L watering can for €5.99.

There are accessories available for hoses including a hose connector that can handle 4 bar pressure for €2.99 and a spray gun assortment for €5.99.

The spray gun assortment has an ergonomic shape with lockable trigger (released by applying light pressure), comes equipped with non-slip grip and can handle 4 bar working pressure.

There is also a 20m garden hose set available for €14.99.

The set includes a hose, spray nozzle and connectors and is weather, UV and temperature resistant (-10C to 40C).

For those afraid of bugs, there is an inside-use UV Insect Killer Lamp available for €14.99 which comes with an operating time of six hours.

Also on sale from Monday is everything you need for cycling throughout the summer.

Shoppers can pick up a floor pump for €9.99 - reduced from €12.99.

The pump has a head with a reversible aluminium valve attachment, and includes adaptors for air beds, inflatable toys, balls etc.

On the bottom of the pump there is a sturdy base with stable, non-slip surface and easy-to-read pressure gauge.

There is also a rechargeable bicycle pump available for €44.99 perfect for on the go.

The pump is suitable for car and motorbike tyres and has a practical LED display that provides information on pressure and battery status.

According to the Lidl website, the "pressure preselection makes the process extra-fast".

Cyclists can also pick up a bike saddle for €12.99, down from an RRP of €34.99.

To go with this there is a gel saddle cover available for €7.99.

The cover is made from visco-elastic foam with memory effect and has a non-slip backing and a drawstring for easy fastening.

There is also a set of bike accessories available for €5.99, though shoppers can get two for €10.

The set includes a puncture repair kit, cable lock and a Y-wrench.

There are also bicycle maintenance assortment products available for €4.99, with an offer of two for €8 available.

Shoppers can also pick up a bike pump and tool for €6.99.

For those looking to repair their bikes, there is a bike workstand on sale for €39.99. And the workstation folds away to save space.

There are a range of kids bike helmets available for €12.99, coming in size small.

There are also adult unisex bike helmets available for €14.99 available in sizes small to medium.

For on the go there is also a pannier bag set available for €19.99 for a two-pack.

The bag set is ideal for bike rides and carrying shopping and has two robust rear pockets for all bicycles with standard racks.

There is also two hooks and two hook & loop fasteners for easy mounting.

Shoppers can also pick up a two-pack of LED bike lights for €29.99.

Lidl says the lights offer "optimum road illumination thanks to extra-bright light with selection of brightness settings."

There is also a bike bag with smartphone holder on sale for €5.99.

The bag has reflective details, a strap with a buckle, hook & loop tape for fastening to the seat post.

It can hold phones up to 160 x 75mm.

The retailer is also selling sports sunglasses for €6.99.

The glasses have ultra light with 100 per cent UV protection and interchangeable shatterproof polycarbonate lenses.
